  When there are issues, they do not care at all. You receive a call asking how the services is, tell them you are not happy and are told a manager will call you, because the person who called is just a helper making calls to get services. You NEVER receive a call back. The following spring they call again. You address your concerns, and are told that it will not happen again, everything will work out much better this year, so without any extra discount offered, you pay for services again, and the lawn still looks terrible and mosquito's are still out of control, because the applications end in early July. Shame on us for giving them another shot.
